Terms and Conditions Delivery We will post your order to you by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed For post or via the Parcelforce 48 service. Your order will be tracked from despatch to your door. You will normally receive your order within 2-7 days. Look out for the colourful Samba Jeans bag. Order Acceptance Policy Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between Samba Jeans Limited and yourself will take place on the despatch of the item(s) ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the following procedures. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following: If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you. Cancellations & Refunds We are confident in the quality of our merchandise and therefore operate a 7-day home approval policy. If you wish to return an item, please do so within 7 days of receipt of the goods to the registered office (raher than the shop): Samba Jeans Limited, Registered office: 9 Rodney Road, Mitcham, Surrey CR4 3DJ. You will be entitled to a full refund of the value of the goods. If you believe there is a fault with the item, please contact us in the shop on 0207 287 4080, by email at customerservice@sambajeans.co.uk, or in writing with the returned item. If we find that there is indeed a fault that existed before the item was despatched, we will refund the cost of the item and postage in full. If you are returning the item because you want to try a different size, please let us know and we will fulfil the order if we have the size in stock. Security We understand your concerns about the safety of your credit or debit card details online. all payments are securely processed by PayPal. You can tell when you have entered a secure area, as a small padlock will appear in the bottom bar of your browser. We do not retain details of your credit or debit card details.
